LARGE OFFICE DISCOUNTS
To qualify for the Office & Large Office Discount:
Every registrant must be an OVDRA member in good standing through 2026.
One registrant must pay the full standard registration rate.
(This registrant cannot be using a complimentary registration.)All additional registrants from the same office receive the discounted rate.
Students and Residents do NOT count toward the office total.
Complimentary registrations cannot be used as the “first/full” paid registration.
Each attendee must register using their own unique email address.
Registrations are done together. Once the first registrant is added, please select ‘add another’, this will prompt a new screen and a new email address
Registrations not processed together cannot be verified for office discounts, and no reimbursement for a missed discount can be given
Call the office or reach out before completing a large office registration if you have any questions.
CANCELLATION POLICY - cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted up until 5:00PM (Eastern), Friday, March 20, 2026. Cancellations made by this date will be refunded, minus a $100.00 Administration Fee. No refunds will be made after 5:00PM (Eastern) on March 20, 2026, and there will be no refunds for No-Shows. Annual Meeting registration cancellation refund deadlines remain in effect regardless of any situations that may arise during the attendees’ travel.
EXTRA TICKETS - extra ticketed items are non-refundable. Meals can be donated to a student or resident.
STUDENTS AND RESIDENTS - student/resident pre-meeting registration will be available starting January 7, 2026.
MEETING REGISTRATION INDEPENDENT OF HOTEL REGISTRATION - registration for the 2026 Annual Meeting DOES NOT include or guarantee hotel accommodations. All hotel accommodations should be booked separately. See “Travel & Hotel” button above.
CE ONLY - this option offers access to the Sessions and Exhibit Hall ONLY. Food and beverage at all times except for the Exhibit Hall Welcome Reception on Wednesday from 4:30pm to 7:00pm, is not included, as are any ticketed events. Please respect this restriction to your registration choice.
